Questions about pricing
Do I keep my resumes if I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling only turns off Pro features. Every resume and cover letter you created stays in your account — you can view and edit them anytime, and download again after resubscribing.
How is the job-search pack different from Pro monthly?
Same features. The pack is paid once, costs less per month, and doesn’t renew when it ends. Monthly renews each month until you cancel.
Why is there no lifetime plan?
AiCV has ongoing costs: hosting and storage, the AI model behind the Resume Agent, and the people who do human reviews. A lifetime plan would mean serving you at a loss for years, which always ends in a worse service. We’d rather price honestly.
Can I pay with WeChat Pay or Alipay?
Yes, in Chinese yuan: Pro for 1 month ¥68, the job-search pack ¥158, a human review ¥99. Scan our merchant QR code, enter the transaction number, and we confirm it by hand within 24 working hours. These purchases never renew.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, except where required by law. You can cancel Pro’s auto-renewal anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. A human review withdrawn before a reviewer is assigned returns the review credit to your account.
